By participating in any challenge organized by Bet On Yourself Today, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds: All bets are final. Bet On Yourself Today does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to failure to complete check-ins, technical issues, injuries, or medical problems.

Timely Check-Ins: It is the participant's responsibility to complete all required check-ins on time. Failure to do so, or failure to check in at the specified intervals, may result in disqualification from the challenge without a refund.

Technical Issues: Technical difficulties, whether on the part of the participant or Bet On Yourself Today, do not warrant a refund or adjustment of challenge outcomes.

Medical Disclaimer: Participants are strongly advised to consult with a medical physician before entering any challenge. Bet On Yourself Today is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or medical issues that arise from participation. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Liability Waiver: By entering a challenge, participants waive any claims against Bet On Yourself Today for injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions that may occur as a result of their participation.

Challenge Pot Distribution: At Bet On Yourself Today, your success is our priority. After a small deduction for Stripe transaction fees, the full remaining pot is distributed to the challenge finishers. We’re dedicated to making sure your achievements are rewarded fairly and transparently!

Privacy and Data Security: Participant data will be stored and protected using SSL security. By participating, individuals consent to the collection and use of their data for challenge-related purposes.

Disqualification Terms: Participants may be disqualified for failure to comply with challenge rules, fraudulent activity, dishonest behavior, or failure to check in at specified intervals. Disqualification will result in the forfeiture of any potential winnings.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter any challenge.

Amendments to Terms: Bet On Yourself Today reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

Force Majeure: Bet On Yourself Today is not liable for any delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Third-Party Services: Bet On Yourself Today may use third-party apps or services to facilitate challenges. We are not responsible for the performance or availability of these services.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to Bet On Yourself Today, including logos, designs, and challenge materials, remains the property of the company and cannot be used without permission.

Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify and hold Bet On Yourself Today harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.

Code of Conduct: We strive to create a positive wellness environment. Participants are expected to refrain from harassment, bullying, or attempting to encourage others to drop out or fail. Any violations can be reported via email to [email protected] with the subject: Harassment Report. A neutral reviewer will investigate the claim and provide a follow-up response, which may include dismissal of the claim, a warning, or disqualification.
